Step 1: Review Traditional Grade Calculations
If you need help changing Mixed Weighting to Term Weighting for the semester, watch this video.
Step 2: Post Numeric Grades and Comments for the Quarter
Step 3: Post Final Exam (Skip this step if you will not be giving a final exam)
Step 4: Post Semester Grades
Step 5: Run a Grade Verification Report (Print for each class, sign, and return to the main office)
Step 6: Calculate Absences for the Semester (To calculate exemptions and excessive absences)
