  • Take a look at the links below to learn more about the FREE online learning opportunities available to teachers during the school closure.  Most come with certificates of participation for recertification points. If you do not receive a certificate for attending but would like one, please contact a member of the FCPS instructional department.  The list will be updated as more opportunities become available so check back often!

  • Code VA Professional Learning Series

    Choose from ten thematic sessions (choose one or many!) that cover a range of Computer Science related topics. The range of offerings is intended to be an entry point for new learners or provide additional learning for those who have previously completed Code VA Professional Learning programs. CodeVA professional development is a free resource for Virginia educators of all grade levels and disciplines.  Dates and times vary. Note: The registration page takes a few seconds to load.

  • Seesaw On-Demand Training Playlist

    Getting Started- Learn the very basics of Seesaw with these on-demand training videos. Work through the quick start guide, creating your first activity, and getting families started within the platform. FCPS is a SeeSaw for Schools division (not free).
