Kindergarten
We love to sing, play, learn, and laugh! Kindergarten is an exciting time for brain development, social/emotional skills, and learning to learn! We hope to make this school year exciting for you and your child as we work collaboratively to meet their needs as individual learners.
Please join us in developing a love of school and learning by reading nightly with your child, making math a part of everyday life by counting common objects to build strong numeracy skills, and don’t forget to engage in play, leisure, and life experiences. Talking to children about experiences and answering questions is a great way to develop their understanding of themselves and the world around them!
REMINDERS
- Check student folders nightly.
- Look for monthly newsletters that explain what we are learning.
- Please communicate with teachers whenever a question arises.
- Take advantage of opportunities to volunteer with our PTO and come eat lunch with your child!
